**What We're Looking For**

We are seeking a skilled individual with demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment, including Hybrid and Virtual events. A background in camera operations (advantageous) and experience with GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching, LED Wall setup, and programming would be highly regarded.

We value customer-centric professionals with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively under pressure and maintain a high standard of personal presentation. Additionally, possessing a Riggers Ticket (highly regarded) would be an asset.
