  • Support, coordinate, analyse and implement the in-house operational risk needs of global businesses.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and report on the risk management framework and related operational risk activities across global operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Leaders – Risk to drive strategic risk management initiatives.
  • Lead health and safety program enhancements, including audits and assurance function establishment.
  • Develop and execute business continuity frameworks.
  • Implement modern slavery risk management and supplier due diligence processes.
  • Create and refine policies and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
  • Provide oversight of project risk management activities.
  • Craft risk management communications for a global audience.
  • Contribute to critical company reporting.
  • Investigate incidents and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage complex insurance programs.
  • Evaluate and update the enterprise risk management framework.

About You

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years' experience in in-house operational risk.
  • Global architecture or design industry experience preferred.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technological adaptability.
  • Professional writing and verbal communication skills.
