Business Risk Manager Position

The Operations division is seeking a Business Unit Risk Manager to support effective management of operational risk/operational resilience, working in collaboration with our second line-of-defence teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the implementation of the Operations division's risk strategy and drive effective management and governance in Oceania Operations by supporting risk management activities including RCSA, Incident Management, Issue Management, Controls Assurance, Risk Governance etc.
  • Drive implementation and changes to any operational risk/resilience requirements to ensure robust management.
  • Work with the unit to ensure that the control environment is effective and in line with the stated risk appetite.
  • Demonstrate and cultivate a risk aware culture in the business line.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with the frontline business and other functions across the organization.
