Job Title

This is a senior banking and finance role that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a partner who specializes in property finance and agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for borrowers and boutique lenders, such as livestock financiers.
  • Providing expert advice on property funds management, compliance, licensing, PPSA, and capital raising.
  • Working with clients including aged care developers, high-net-worth family funds, rural off-the-plan projects, and Agtech start-ups.

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking and finance law at Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel level.
  • Strong skills in funds management, compliance, and licensing.
  • Ability to provide expert advice on property finance and agribusiness matters.
