Hospitality Management Specialist

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Hospitality Professional, responsible for developing and delivering a higher education tourism and hospitality management program.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging teaching in the relevant discipline, ensuring effective learning is taking place in the classroom, providing feedback and support to students, and assessing student learning outcomes using formative and summative assessments.
- Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities, develop and implement improved teaching methods, and maintain active membership of industry connections.
- Service to the College: Report incidents of potential breaches of student policies or health and safety risks, and assist with fieldwork placement duties.
Selection Criteria include:
- Extensive leadership experience in hospitality and/or tourism coupled with a master's degree in a related field.
- Ability to relate to current gastronomic practices and standards.
- Proven cross-cultural communication skills and empathy towards international students' needs.
