Job Title: Business Development Associate

The successful candidate will support the delivery of regional proposals, including writing and coordination of all written documentation, content management, submission design, review coordination, and general support to the Bid Manager and extended bid team.

This role involves administrative and support tasks required for ensuring the successful submission of the final tender documentation and oversight of the global knowledge hub and tender library.

We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience working within the resources or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.

You will be able to confidently establish priorities, plan a busy workload, and work collaboratively. Self-driven, adaptable individuals with problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects will thrive in this role.

  • Research, coordinate, write, and edit high-quality submissions
  • Support stakeholder liaison and internal Subject Matter Experts
  • Contribute to and utilise the bid library and global knowledge hub
  • Support customer presentations and productivity initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Format and layout of all tender documentation
  2. Coordinate tasks to help manage the bid process
  3. Input and analyse the Customer Relationship Management database
  4. Support APAC region Yammer activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using software, devices, and technology
  • Adobe InDesign capability an advantage
