About This Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including budget tracking, purchase orders, roster coordination, and meeting management
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in program or project coordination, ideally within a complex operational environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of program planning, monitoring, and risk management techniques
