Senior Strategic Advisor

The Executive Advisor role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and the security leadership team.
This is an opportunity to shape Group Security contributions, drive collaboration, and facilitate connection across Security Domains.
Key Responsibilities:- Shaping Group Security contributions to Board and ELT reporting, risk management declarations, tech NFRC input, investor relations, and annual reports.
- Supporting the CSO to work through complex issues and define approaches to resolve.
- Liaising with centralised functions and other 'Chief of' office teams.
- Driving strategic planning alignment through strategy processes and management updates.
- Facilitating connection across Security Domains to manage operational consistency and alignment.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Agile principles.
- Experience in performance measurement and project delivery.
- Ability to digest and synthesise large amounts of information, prioritising accordingly.
