Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to lead and manage a team in the development, delivery, and implementation of policy initiatives and reforms to support organisational objectives and Government commitments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and oversee the preparation of briefings and provide expert advice to senior executives on current and emerging policy issues.
  • Lead and undertake research, analysis, and review of complex policy issues, identifying emerging issues and developing evidence-based options and strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for monitoring and evaluating policy initiatives to identify risks and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify and lead process improvements to enhance business requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports, briefs, and correspondence for use by stakeholders.
