This is a senior level legal role within a commercial litigation and insolvency practice.

We are seeking a mid-senior level lawyer with strong skills in conducting complex disputes, litigation, and negotiations for owners and key decision-makers.

  • Key qualifications include 2+ years of PQE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency
  • A deep desire to build a strategic skill set through direct exposure to complex, high-value disputes
  • An interest in working closely with clients and not sitting behind layers of hierarchy
  • A mindset that values collaboration, initiative, and quality outcomes

This role involves collaborating closely with experienced principals and clients, often dealing directly with senior decision-makers.

  • You will work on significant and complex disputes in higher courts
  • Regularly attend and instruct in court
  • Engage in mediations, negotiations, and regulatory or disciplinary enforcement actions
