Business Expansion Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at OnSide Support Coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through outbound lead generation efforts
- Conducting engaging sales demonstrations to showcase our software's value proposition
- Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic product positioning
