Key Responsibilities

The role of Sales Administrator involves providing administrative support to the Fleet Department. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in administration related to vehicles, processing documentation efficiently, supporting the sales process, and preparing sales reports.

  • Accurately raise vehicle invoices, tax vehicles, and update manufacturer systems.
  • Process all documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring completion of the sales process.
  • Support the progress of fleet sales, ensuring prompt delivery of vehicles and keeping team members updated.
  • Contribute to department housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring information and customer details are up to date.
  • Prepare sales reports with Accounts and management.
  • Allocate correct costs including bonus to vehicles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration or sales administration.
  • A customer-centric attitude, striving for service excellence.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Training and Development:

Extensive in-house training and opportunities for skill development through external courses such as AFRL accreditation are offered.
