About the Role
The Graduate Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the recruitment of graduate students, both domestically and internationally. This involves developing and implementing targeted strategies to engage prospective students, working closely with internal teams to drive recruitment and service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in executing and monitoring the graduate student recruitment plan, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Plan and deliver University-wide recruitment activities and campaigns to enhance domestic and international onshore student recruitment.
- Utilise market intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful recruitment strategies and student conversions.
- Build strong relationships with education agents and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
Who We're Looking For
You will support the Senior Manager in executing the graduate student recruitment plan, delivering University-wide recruitment campaigns, and driving successful strategies using market intelligence. You will build relationships with education agents, influence peers, and leverage your excellent communication and organisational skills to enhance recruitment practices and meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience with domestic and international prospective students and understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector.
- Knowledge of university systems such as Salesforce and Technology One related to student recruitment.
- Working knowledge of a second language.
