About the Role

As a Membership Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging new members at our Anytime Fitness club. You will work in a dynamic health club environment, utilizing your exceptional people skills and self-motivated work ethic to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize provided call scripts to execute daily outgoing calls, targeting prospective and existing members to promote club services and attract new customers.
  • Book daily appointments for club tours, ensuring a high show rate and converting prospects into members.
  • Action required calls from master spreadsheets, including renewal and inactive member outreach.
  • Maintain an 80% pass mark on the 9-Step Sales Process in club assessments.
  • Manage member accounts, handling freezes, cancellations, and updates, as well as performing safety checks via the Anytime Safety portal.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Show proactive efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, supporting the Club Manager to ensure overall club performance.

The successful candidate will have first-rate people skills, be passionate about the industry, and have creativity, drive, and initiative. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a strong passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
