About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Membership Development Specialist to join our team at Anytime Fitness Mansfield Park. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging new members into the club.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and a passion for the health and fitness industry. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with sales processes and communication with potential members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize provided scripts to execute daily outgoing calls to maintain club call-to-appointment percentages
  • Book appointments for club tours and maintain an appointment show percentage of 60% or higher
  • Action required calls from master spreadsheet call lists, such as renewals and inactive members
  • Maintain a high pass mark on the 9 Step Sales Process in club assessments
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed efficiently using the club Master Spreadsheet
  • Action general office/admin tasks, including responding to messages and ensuring club etiquette is monitored
  • Perform safety checks via the Anytime Safety portal and manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates
  • Keep accurate records of member communications and handle complaints/conflicts professionally

Estimated Salary Range: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
