We are seeking an experienced Senior Membership Consultant to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and achieving sales budgets.

About the Role

The Senior Membership Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve membership sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new members to increase retention and sales
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales results

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in a membership-based industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Current Working with Children Check and Australian Residency or eligibility to work in Australia
