Business Advisory Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, sound technical accounting and analytical skills, and the ability to lead and support others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and individual businesses.
  • Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients.
  • Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved in commercial advisory projects with experienced partners.
  • Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Public practice experience and ability to lead and support others.
  • Achieved CA or CPA qualification or working towards this.
  • Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel).
  • Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services.
