Client Service Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client service experiences and supporting financial advisors in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service needs of clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and process Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and fee consent documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Implement SOAs effectively and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure timely resolution of applications, transfers, and rollovers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in XPLAN, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to advisors in preparing SOAs and implementing client reviews.
  • Assist with workflow management and offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
About You
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Client Service/Client Relationship role within Financial Planning is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in financial planning processes, platforms, and industry compliance requirements is necessary for effective performance.
  • High-level proficiency in XPLAN is required for this position.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are vital for delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and advisors are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when necessary.
