Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial strategy and direction. As a key financial advisor to the CEO and Board, this executive will contribute significantly to informed business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen, superior communication skills, and exceptional leadership capacity. With strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, they will be able to drive positive change within the organisation.

A forward-thinking individual with expertise in finance, technology integration, and team leadership is required to elevate financial literacy across the organisation and maintain essential relationships with external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA/CPA qualification (preferably)
  • Strong financial modelling capabilities
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership capacity with ability to develop and mentor a dedicated finance team
