Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and publishing flight instructor and student rosters in compliance with aviation regulations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in airline operations and a solid understanding of CASA crew duty requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and publication of Flight Instructor and Student Rosters
  • Monitoring and reporting on operational status of crews
  • Oversight of crew currency, training, check, and licensing requirements
  • Liaison with Check and Training team for planning of training requirements
  • Booking of adhoc flight, transport, and accommodation requirements
  • Communication of roster changes to crew members
  • Construction and publication of Crew Tours of Duty
  • Management of Flight Instructor Annual Leave rosters
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of CASA crew duty requirements and limitations
  • Prior experience in airline operations
  • Experience with FlightPro desirable
  • Interpreting Awards
  • Previous experience working in high-pressure environment with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and organisational/time management skills
Benefits:

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience
