Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This role involves working with young children, supporting their development and learning. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a safe and engaging environment for our children to grow.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) in the room and centre.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs to achieve positive outcomes for children.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality practice within the centre.
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Interest in early childhood education and care.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
