About This Role

We are currently seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team.

This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for modern web technologies.

As an ICT Support Technician, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our online platform. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of our online system, providing technical support for web-based systems and digital tools, and supporting backend and frontend development tasks.

You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues across the platform. Additionally, you will assist with data management, user access controls, and platform documentation.

A successful candidate will have experience working with one or more web development frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms, and a basic understanding of databases. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with one or more web development frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Vercel)
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a small team
