Senior Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to provide person-centred care within our family-friendly environment.

This role will involve providing essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

  • Visits to clients in their own homes are required for Bomaderry, Nowra, Culburra, Callala and surrounding areas.
  • Support clients with community access or engage in various individual and group activities at our respite facilities.
About the Role

As a Senior Care Worker, you'll be part of a caring and dedicated team that prioritises the well-being of Seniors in our community.

  • Provide high-quality care and support to Seniors in their own homes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve great outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III Individual Support Ageing, Disability or Home and Community Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Australian Federal Police clearance (no disclosable outcomes).
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Assist with Clients Medication certification or willingness to attain.
  • Drivers Licence, with safe driving record.
