About the Role:
  • As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to teams in a Residential Aged Care setting.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to deliver quality resident outcomes, promoting dignity, life, and spirituality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach teams to achieve quality resident outcomes.
  • Work safely, following policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate as 2nd in charge to the Manager, contributing to decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes and comprehensive clinical knowledge.
  • Experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching, training, and customer-centric skills, with ability to work independently and in a team.
