Job Role

As a Shipments Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient shipment processing and coordination of domestic, import, and export shipments at our facility.

  • Apply fundamentals of imports and exports to process shipments effectively.
  • Communicate order information with carriers for documentation and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate product delivery details for customer orders, including sample orders, and ensure suitable transport providers are selected based on product type and destination.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and initiate shipment of goods when available.
  • Follow customs clearance procedures and collaborate with warehouses for packaging and repackaging needs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics or relevant experience.
  • +1 year's experience in Logistics and Supply Chain related work.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and automated systems.
  • Fluent business English communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
