Co-ordinator - Financial Operations

This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective management of financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior finance professionals on operational finance matters
- Prepare detailed financial reports, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Adhere to payroll procedures, ensuring accurate disbursement of wages and salaries
- Participate in strategic planning and analysis activities, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel finance preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer and Excel skills, with knowledge of Opera and Sun System highly desirable
- Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
