About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This role offers great career prospects with a company that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain key systems and statistics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor people and plant compliance on the Health and Safety Management system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers and procedures to support the Health and Safety team.
  • Manage Health and Safety documents and induction content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in a construction or related environment.
  • Experience using Health and Safety specific software or data management systems is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with strong administration and organizational skills, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, are encouraged to apply.
