Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to join our team. As a Home Care Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care packages to consumers while driving business growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care packages to consumers
  • Leading opportunities for business growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement projects
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive clinical experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership, management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in, and lead, an inter-disciplinary team and provide person-centred care
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccinations
  • Full working rights in Australia
