Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate leader to spearhead our Home Care Package service, ensuring high-quality care delivery and consumer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, management and related skills, including negotiation and change management.

They will be responsible for fostering inter-disciplinary collaboration, driving opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement projects, and promoting consumer directed care that upholds dignity and respect of consumers and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Home Care Package service, ensuring high-quality care delivery and consumer outcomes.
  2. Foster inter-disciplinary collaboration and drive opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement projects.
  3. Promote consumer directed care that upholds dignity and respect of consumers and their families.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary/VET qualification and/or extensive clinical experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, management and related skills, including negotiation and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in, and lead, an inter-disciplinary team and provide person centred care.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccinations.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
