Job Overview

A skilled professional is required to lead our Home Care team in delivering exceptional care services to consumers, while driving business growth and continuous improvement projects.

About the Role

This position requires a compassionate leader who can motivate their team to deliver outstanding customer service experiences and outcomes for consumers. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring consumer outcomes are met.
  • Foster collaboration between teams and drive opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Promote consumer-directed care that upholds dignity and respect of consumers and their families.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary or VET qualification and/or extensive clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, management, and related skills, including negotiation and change management.
  • Ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and provide person-centered care.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccinations.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
