Overview

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 39 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, NSW, and Canberra. We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Manager to lead our newly acquired on a full-time basis.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring our team at Kiama delivers high-quality Home Care Packages for consumers, while spearheading opportunities for business growth, inter-intra sector collaboration, and continuous improvement projects. You will motivate your team to deliver high quality customer service experiences and outcomes for consumers, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, and provide consumer directed care that ensures the dignity and respect of consumers and their families.

What You'll Bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we need to ensure you possess:

  • relevant Tertiary/VET qualification and/or extensive clinical experience in a similar role
  • demonstrated strong leadership, management and including skills, including negotiation and change management
  • demonstrated ability to work effectively in, and lead, an inter-disciplinary team and provide person centred care
  • an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • evidence of Influenza vaccinations
  • full working rights in Australia
