Change Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Specialist to partner closely with our Project Team and provide expert advice and hands-on support to stakeholders.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position that involves leading organizational change across complex projects, managing stakeholder engagement, and delivering change strategies and plans.
- Develop and implement effective change management plans to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews to inform project decisions.
- Support the transition to business-as-usual, embedding new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading organisational change across complex projects, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, a people-centred approach, experience managing change through a technology upgrade, and strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands-on mindset.
About the Role:This role will be pivotal in our People Systems Upgrade Project—a transformation of our HRIS and Payroll systems.
