We are seeking an experienced General Manager Quality and Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership council, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring robust governance, and maintaining a culture of safety, dignity, and resident-centered care.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of quality and compliance professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective governance and compliance strategies.
  • Oversee the management of serious incident response schemes and national quality indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in nursing, health management, or postgraduate qualifications in quality, risk, or governance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading compliance, risk, and quality systems in a complex service environment.
  • Experience with digital quality management systems and data analytics.
