Mobile Equipment Operations Manager

This is a dynamic role that demands leading the way in driving efficiency, safety, and performance across a fleet of mobile equipment and dedicated crews.
The Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Validating and reviewing maintenance data from the previous 24 hours to ensure accuracy and follow-up
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Planner to prioritize, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities
- Providing guidance and day-to-day support to maintenance personnel
- Driving workforce planning, including involvement in recruitment and resourcing
- Overseeing and supporting the performance, wellbeing, and development of maintenance personnel
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated alignment to key business values: Safety, Respect, Collaboration and Accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized individual with the capacity to adjust to shifting demands and priorities
- Previous leadership experience in mobile maintenance operations, ideally within a large team environment
- A passion for development, combined with a proven ability to mentor supervisors and teams to achieve their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also provide coaching and mentoring to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
