We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bid and proposal team, you will be responsible for developing compelling technical content that aligns with brand, marketing, and client expectations.
- Develop detailed technical proposals and bids in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
- Ensure that all content is thoroughly researched and aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, and ensure their integration into written and graphic content.
- Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
- Support bid workshops, kick-off meetings, and post-submission content management.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
- Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with Defence-specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
