We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Coffee Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to customers, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with attention to detail
  • Ensure efficient operation of the café, including managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and food safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and responding promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with the team to support overall success
  • Assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and latte art skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts
