About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Officer to join our team in delivering community and stakeholder engagement strategies across the state rezoning project.

  • This role requires providing integral support to manage administrative tasks, prepare high-quality communication content, and ensure projects are on track with communities and stakeholders informed.

You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating project activities, and developing effective communication plans to engage with stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role that calls for someone who is enthusiastic, has an eye for detail, can work independently and under pressure, is a confident communicator, and a good team player.

We are looking for someone with:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Experience in providing project management and administrative support services
  • Proven track record of preparing and maintaining project documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
