About the Job
  • Support business operations in collecting infrastructure contributions from development projects.
  • Develop and implement initiatives for enhancing stakeholder experience, driving operational efficiency, and proactively managing business risks.
  • Establish and maintain effective infrastructure contributions systems and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations across all stages of the development application process.
About You
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or possess equivalent experience.
  • Have worked within a development servicing / infrastructure planning environment with understanding of urban development processes.
  • Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to negotiate and influence across various levels.
  • Understand risk assessments and their application in processes.
  • Excel in planning, organisational, and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
