Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to bolster our delivery team for the Prospect Pre-Treatment Plant, a vital infrastructure project aimed at safeguarding Sydney's water supply.

The facility will ensure that residents across the city continue to receive safe, secure, and reliable drinking water, especially during periods of compromised water quality caused by storms, droughts, or bushfires.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the project.
  • Lead and mentor project teams made up of undergrads, grads, site engineers to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and systems for quality, safety, and environmental considerations.
  • Manage financial resources and track costs of subcontractors on larger packages of work.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Development Specialist or equivalent role.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Construction Induction Card (White card).
