Job Title: Engineering Solutions Consultant
">We are seeking an experienced Engineering Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with engineers, specifiers, and contractors in VIC to present and promote fixing solutions, becoming a point of reference for any technical query they may have about our products and services.
You will also support our local distribution and sales team in the territory of VIC with any engineering-related query or need. Your contribution will be crucial to support our success in an area that is highly strategic and enjoying significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation and promotion of fixing solutions to engineers, specifiers, and contractors;
- SUPPORT OF LOCAL DISTRIBUTION AND SALES TEAM WITH ENGINEERING-RELATED QUERIES OR NEEDS;
- Becoming a point of reference for technical queries related to our products and services;
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with project engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects;
- Providing technical advice and solving problems to drive the reputation and adoption of our products in the construction industry;
- Liaising with project engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects;
- Managing relationships at all levels whether out on site or in the office;
- Conducting product presentations to engineers and clients;
- Traveling interstate when required;
- Being organized, structured, and able to work autonomously.
Requirements:
- Degree in construction-related Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.);
- Energetic and passionate personality;
- Experience in Specification Sales with Designers, Engineers, and Contractors;
- Able to liaise with Project Engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects;
- Must be organized, structured, and able to work autonomously;
- Have a solution-based sales approach;
- Natural problem-solving ability;
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels whether out on site or in the office;
- Willingness to travel interstate when required;
- Strong technical aptitude;
- Able to conduct product presentations to engineers and clients.
