Responsibilities
  1. Determine and pursue business opportunities in key sectors (civil, construction Tier 1 & 2, utilities, infrastructure).
  2. Visit customers regularly, deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects, tenders and supplier agreements.
  4. Address issues promptly by collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
  5. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with regional and state growth goals.
  6. Track and analyse sales metrics to ensure visibility on progress towards targets.
  7. Conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  8. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AT ALL LEVELS—SITE, PROCUREMENT AND HEAD OFFICE.
  9. Identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and market conditions.
Requirements
  1. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Experience using CRM systems.
  4. A proven ability to establish strong and influential relationships.
  5. Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving success.
  6. The capacity to work independently and take ownership of results.
  7. Self-motivation, drive and familiarity with remote working environments.
  8. Effective time management and organisational skills.
