Technical Services Specialist - Fleet Management System

The Opportunity Our Perth Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Services Specialist to join our dynamic Fleet Management System (FMS) team. Working with the National Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of products to customers and be a key player within our operations team, working with a multi-functional team of hardware and software support professionals. To be successful in this role you will have: * Relevant Tertiary qualifications * Experience within the Mining industry with exposure to Machine Guidance systems ( wenco mining system is preferred ) * The ability to install and support complex IT systems in the field * Hands-on hardware and software system level troubleshooting * An understanding of wireless and radio propagation principles * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities * An ability to clearly communicate technical concepts * Willing to learn new technologies and new ways of approaching projects * Frequent travel to remote mine sites will be required Benefits Work with a global leader and make a big difference in a company that stands in its own right.
