Job Title: Site Management Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Site Administration team in managing booking and administration of all flights to/from site and room allocations for site-based accommodation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and supervision to the Site Administration Team.
  • Training and development of direct reports, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to all processes is implemented.
  • Assisting and training employees on the use of data management systems and related business applications.
  • Managing and maintenance of personnel logistics on site, including rosters and accommodation.
  • Establishing appropriate systems and procedures required to ensure that site administration functions smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Planning and coordination of corporate events, such as shareholding briefings, broker visits, field trips, road shows, and annual general meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, arranging refreshments, and reporting events.

You will possess:

  • A commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.
  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Working knowledge of software applications relevant to the role.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • working knowledge of software applications relevant to the role
