GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.

We are currently taking expressions of interest from experienced Site Administrators to join our project team across various projects in WA.

Reporting to the Project Manager and with the support of a B2B Site Administrator, you will work as a part all-round administrator, part magician, part MacGyver – nothing will be impossible in ensuring the daily administration of busy construction project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Daily reporting via our contracting partner's systems
  • Update the manning roster and flight changes
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets
  • Raise requisitions and maintain stock levels for consumables
  • Liaise with various Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers

What We Are Looking For

Site Administration is not for everyone

To succeed in this role, you will be a natural problem solver and appreciate the challenges (and rewards) that come with a Site Admin role.
  • 3+ years working in remote mine construction sites
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and organisation skills
  • Advanced MS Office and database management skills
  • A positive attitude, sense of humour and resilience
  • Ability to work collaboratively to develop practical solutions to complex problems
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
