Job Title: Estate Planning Specialist

The role of the Estate Planning Specialist is to provide high-quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to clients. This involves delivering expert advice and guidance on matters related to estate planning, including drafting and executing legally compliant documents.

As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects, contributing to the success of our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while also providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
  • Drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments that are legally compliant and to a high standard.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to increase market share and improve service delivery.

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems, while also working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry.
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
