Enterprise Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Enterprise customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and expertise in the use of our construction management software.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of Procore's software platforms.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers on best practices, product configuration, and data analysis to maximize the value of their Procore investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers on how to improve their construction operations and business performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Procore's product roadmap to provide customers with strategic recommendations and guidance.
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or technical pre-sales in the construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to master Procore's product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for construction and technology, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
