Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Enterprise customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and expertise in the use of our construction management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Procore's software.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers on the use of Procore's software, including product training, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure customers receive the latest insights and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or technical pre-sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to master Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for construction and technology, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
