The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Beacon Lighting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales and profit results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer and business needs
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer liaison
- Drive and manage sales opportunities to deliver budgets and GP margins
- Provide product expertise and feedback to the division on client needs and product market trends
- Build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend meetings, seminars, and presentations to benefit the development of the business
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role with building, lighting, and electrical industry knowledge. You will also possess proven sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to gain the support and cooperation of others to deliver results.
