This role offers an opportunity to provide guidance and support to Deakin students through regular contact.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Establish relationships with commencing and current Deakin students via phone calls and emails, offering study advice and resolving common queries.
- Work independently in a virtual environment, completing tasks while collaborating with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
- Navigate internal resources and systems to find and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to team success by offering assistance and advice to colleagues.
- Be a committed Deakin student with a strong desire to support peers.
- Communicate effectively, actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and engage in conversations that build trust.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
