Business Growth Strategist

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion.

About the Role

This pivotal position will further drive the company's growth trajectory in the Insurance Repair space and beyond. Reporting to the General Manager, you will foster existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand our national footprint.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with Directors/General Manager to identify and facilitate alternative business opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Create competitive business proposals and documentation for consistent high-quality submissions.
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships to increase service offerings.
  • Research prospective clients and evaluate market entry opportunities.
  • Develop expertise on competing markets, monitor competitors' sales and services strategies, and identify emerging trends/threats.
  • Contribute to team success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a comparable Business Development role, preferably within Construction or related industries.
  • Competitive attitude driving exceeding KPIs and delivering above expectations.
  • Advanced presentation, sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
